Resolved - Lumen was able to restore service at 1 AM on Wednesday morning.

Update - We just received an update from Lumen that we will be without network service in Prescott Valley until tomorrow morning.  The repair crew is far away and will not start until tonight.  They will work through the night to pull the new fiber and splice it.  We should get an update first thing in the AM.
