Update -
Departmental Share Update
Work continued overnight to restore the Department Share (U: Drive) services. We made some progress, and efforts are ongoing today. We do not have an estimated time for the restoration of the service. It might be available periodically, but it remains in an unstable state. If our primary plan fails, we may pivot to a more time-consuming plan that involves an environment rebuild and a large data transfer, which will take several days to complete. We understand that this service is critical, and we are doing everything we can to restore the service. Thanks again for your patience. We will continue to post updates to status.yc.edu.
Papercut Printing
Printing via Papercut is now restored. Most users will need to log out and log back into their operating system for the fix to work. If you run into an issue, please put in a service request.

Work continued on this issue overnight. The service has not been restored, and we are working on providing a more robust update this morning. Some additional services have dependencies on the departmental share service (e.g., Papercut Printing). We are exploring all options as this remains our top priority. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue is causing.
