We are experiencing an intermittent issue where Banner 8 Self-Service applications are failing the authentication process. Impacted services include employee timesheets, employee finance, and my personal information. We are continuing to investigate the issue. The ITS team needs to perform maintenance related to our internet services. This work will begin at 6 AM on 8/4/22, and internet access may be disrupted for up to 30 minutes. If everything works as expected, the downtime could be around 5 minutes. This maintenance will impact internal internet access, Zoom/Zoom phone, VPN, and the YC website/portal.
