Update -
Thanks for your patience as we look to stabilize our environment. We have several issues we are addressing and it is likely systems like Banner, myYC portal, YC Website, etc. will be down for hours. Student and employees can still access our critical cloud services by going to canvas.yc.edu or office.com - we will continue to post updates to status.yc.edu.

Update -
This morning, we started experiencing issues with our server virtualization environment, which has impacted various services, including Banner, YC Website, and myYC. We are working with the vendor on the root cause and a potential fix. Because the environment is unstable, we will continue to experience intermittent availability of some services. We are currently working on some protective measures for the Banner database, and that system will remain down until early this afternoon. We will continue to post updates to status.yc.edu as we address these issues.
The ITS team apologizes for the inconvenience, and we are working diligently to restore/stabilize the environment.

We are still investigating the issues which appear to be related to an infrastructure problem that impacts various connected systems including the website, myYC portal, Banner, etc. Impacted systems may respond intermittently as we attempt to address the root cause. Thanks for your patience!
